The following is supported by TCB (vol 4, p47+) except that it suggests that this Philip probably died in 1672 and was the Philip who was created a baronet in 1670. Provisionally, we support BLG1952 who shows that this Philip died in 1662 so that it must have been his son who was the 1st Bart.
