Families covered: Lloyd of Bodidris, Lloyd of Gloster, Lloyd of Plas Einion, Lloyd of Yale

Commoners and BEB1841 both report that the monument in Llanarmon Church to the Evan Lloyd who married Mary Trevor shows an inscription which describes him as "the twelth of his race lineally descended from Ynyr of Yale, and the tenth of his house of the name of Lloyd". Commoners notes that the family "derives from Sandde Hardd (or Alexander, the handsome) son of Cadrod Hardd, a chieftain resident in the Isle of Anglesey at the commencement of the tenth century." Commoners identifies Ynyr (father of Llewelyn, a 1165) as 3rd in descent from Sandde. BIFR1976 starts with the following David who is presumed to have been 7th in decent from Ynyr of Yale. We have yet to determine his ancestry.

BIFR1976 misses out this and the next generation, showing the Trevor who married Henrietta Waller as this Trevor (rather than his grandson).
