Families covered: Delabere of Kynardisley (Kinnersley), Delabere of Southam, Delabere of Tibberton

(1) Various people named de la Bere are mentioned on Tmp06 in a way that indicates that they were probably connected to the de Plugenet family (and possibly the Waleran family), though the precise connection was certainly disputed as it appears to have been the focus of various fraudulent land claims. As those de la Beres appear to have been based at least partly in Herefordshire, it is likely that the following family was connected to them in some way.
(2) This family's name is often spelt 'De la Bere', which is what is used by Visitation (Gloucestershire, 1682-3) & MGH. We follow Visitation (Herefordshire, 1569) & Visitation (Gloucestershire, 1623) in showing the name as one word.
