This page is still being researched. It has NOT yet been launched formally into the Database but is shown here TEMPORARILY (albeit for an uncertain length of time pending further research), partly to record connections that we fear we might otherwise lose sight of and partly in the hope that one or more visitors to the site will contribute information that will enable us to develop our information on the families covered in this page to a standard that would support release of a dedicated page in the Database.

We think it likely that the Thomas of Bridgefield, Castlemartyr, who m. Alice Pratt (dau of Robert son of James son of 'Robert2') and is the first given in the mini-pedigree provided by BFR (p492), was a generation later than the Robert of Garryoughteragh who m. Mary Pratt (dau of James son of 'Robert2") who in turn was a generation later than ?? Kenah of Castlemartyr who m. ?? Pratt (dau of 'Robert2") and was father of Jane. Showing them as all of the same immediate family (rather than, say, uncles/nephews or cousins of each other) is highly speculative!
