| Visitation starts with 3 brothers, Sir William +Richard + unnamed (father of William who "gave all his Landes at South Croxton to his uncle Sir William" in 1359-60) showing that William as alongside the following William but not connecting them. The generational gap to the descendants shown below with dates suggests that it is likely that the following William lived around the same time (plus/minus a generation) as that other William. The Henry, Duke of Lancaster, identified as the father-in-law of the following William, was probably Henry of Grosmont (d 03.1360/1).
