Hunter reports (in FMG) that the following comes from the Visitations (to Derbyshire) of 1634 & 1662 with additions from the Register at Eckington and also Visitation (St. George, London, 1687) but adds "This pedigree needs revision".
George Wigfall of Carter Hall in Eckington, Derbyshire

m2. Cecilia
1. Henry Wigfall of Ridgeway (in Eckington) (d by 1600)

  B. Henry Wigfall of Renishaw (in Eckington) (d 1651, 3rd son)
Visitation (Derbyshire, 1662-4, 'Wigfall of Renishaw') shows Henry as son rather than brother of George. Provisionally, we follow Hunter in showing him as one of George's younger brothers.
  m. (11.09.1636) Elizabeth Gell (dau of Sir John Gell of Hopton)
  i. John Wigfall of Renishaw (bpt 28.09.1637, bur 05.11.1711)
Hunter notes that Anne is shown by St. George as the only issue of John's 1st marriage whilst a Dr. Pegge identifies Frances Newton as wife of his son John, rather than this John's 3rd wife. Provisionally we follow Hunter in showing what he gives precedence to within FMG.
