  m. (03.03.1697) Rachel Windlow (dau of Richard Windlow of Yarm)
  BLG1952 reports that Ralph dsp. However, HoP ('Ralph Bell') reports that he had 2 sons (dvp) + 2 daughters. HoP confirms that "his principal heir was his nephew Ralph Consett" so it is not unlikely that all of his children dsps before or shortly after he died.
