The section on the Parish of Burnsal in 'The History and Antiquities of the Deanery of Craven', by Rev. Thomas Dunham Whitaker (1st edition 1805; 3rd edition edited by A.W. Morant in 1878), provides the following connection, identifying a "base son of William Radcliffe, Esq., of Todmorden and Merley" as the following Watkin/Wilkin who, we presume, was of this generation. The following is partly supported by BLG1952 (Farewell of Hillfield House).
