TCB reports that Clement assumed the baronetcy of his distant cousin (above) but advises that the baronetcy had in fact become extinct upon the death of the 4th Bart.

  The following connection comes from BP1870 ('Cockburn (of Cockburn & Ryslaw)') which identifies Eliza as granddaughter of Elizabeth Brydges. We show her as daughter rather than niece of Alexander who is identified by TCB as 1st son/heir (rather than only son) of Alexander of London. That is supported by Burke's 'Royal Families' (vol 2 (1851), #clxxxv* ('Cockburn of Cockburn')).
