(2) BP1934 reports that, "lineally descended from Etienne Boileau, who was appointed governor and first grand-provost of Paris, in 1255, by Louis IX", was the undermentioned Charles who "emigrated from France at the revocation of the Edict of Nantes, and commanded a corps of French gentlemen at Blenheim, under the Duke of Marlborough". |
